The Cowboy Artists of America’s Exhibition and Sale offers proxy services for collectors who wish to participate in the Fixed-Price Draw but cannot attend the event on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026. Every year, we are pleased to assist numerous individuals through this service, ensuring all collectors have the opportunity to acquire new works from afar.

Proxy Requirements & Instructions

Complimentary Registration:
There is no fee to register for proxy bidding.

Mandatory Purchase Commitment:
By submitting a proxy form, the buyer agrees that if their name is drawn for an artwork, they are obligated to purchase it. There are no options to decline, substitute, or withdraw a red slip once it is drawn.

Multiple Bids Policy (Red Slips):
You may submit red slips for multiple pieces of art. However, you must be willing and able to purchase every piece you bid on. If your name is drawn for more than one artwork, you must purchase all of them. Winning one piece does not invalidate or cancel your red slips for any other pieces.

For example: If you submit red slips for three different artworks, and your name is drawn for all three, you are committed to purchasing all three pieces. Please only submit red slips for the specific artworks you are fully prepared to buy.

In the event your name is drawn for more than one piece listed below and you DO NOT wish to purchase all pieces, please rank them in order of preference.

If you DO NOT rank them and give specific instructions as to which pieces are priority (ex: If drawn for #1 stop there), or total dollar amount, etc., the Joe Beeler Foundation will assume you want every piece you have listed.

In the event you are bidding on sculpture with additional castings, please indicate if you wish to purchase an additional casting if not drawn for piece on display.
