1970 – Circle W Ranch

Williamson’s sheep and goat ranch near Blanco, Texas was the site of the third ride. Brownell McGrew, and Donald Teague.

Ranch Manager: John Ivory
Hosts: Suzie and Tom Friedkin

1969 – Seven Lazy H Bar Ranch

Five CAA members attended their first trail ride in New Mexico.

1967 – CAA ‘Gathering’

Held in Jackson Hole and attended by CAA members, their families, and a few friends, this gathering couldn’t be called a trail ride as no one went horseback riding. It would be the first and last ‘gathering’, kicking off what would become the annual CAA Trail Ride.
