October 4-6 2018 opening weekend
The Cowboy Artists Of America Annual Exhibit
The Cowboy Artists of America (CAA) are the vanguard of the Western art revival that began in the 1960s, and they continue to set the mark for those who carry on the legacy today. The CAA Mission is to authentically preserve and perpetuate the culture of Western life in fine art.
This year the Cowboy Artists of America celebrates its 53rd Annual Sale & Exhibition. Dedicated members, both active and emeritus, continue to fulfill objectives set forth by the founding members more than fifty years ago. Works in the exhibition perpetuate the memory and culture of the Old West as typified by the late Frederic Remington, Charles Russell, and others while ensuring authentic representations of the life of the West, as it was and is today.
The public is invited to participate in opening weekend October 4th-6th. No formal invitation is needed, but reservations are required for most opening weekend activities.
